What is RSS?

RSS is an XML format for distributing news headlines on the Web, also known as syndication. With RSS you can easily watch news on all your favourite servers. Another advantage is that RSS feed is a very tiny file and you needn't to download as many pages to get your news service.

You can use a special program (RSS reader), which collects news from various websites and provides it to you in a simple form. You can see more information about RSS readers e. g. on the link News Readers.
